Yuhe Privacy Policy

1. Local data and processing

Yuhe stores the information you enter or import: profile and surgery details, medicines and doses, exercises and progress, symptoms, notes, care contacts, documents, images, and settings. It uses these to provide recovery tools and reminders, without automatically uploading your records to the developer.

Document reading and supported AI processing run on-device; device services may download models. Yuhe disables Android cloud backup. Device-to-device transfer may depend on your phone. Files you export elsewhere may be backed up by their destination.

Google ML Kit: Image/text inputs and AI outputs are processed on-device, not sent to Google servers by ML Kit. Separately, ML Kit sends Google technical metrics: device/app information, installation and other identifiers, feature-use events, performance and error metrics, configuration and language settings, and input/output sizes (not their contents). Google uses metrics to operate, diagnose, maintain and improve its APIs and detect misuse or abuse. Metrics are encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Yuhe has no in-app metrics opt-out. Google's ML Kit privacy terms and Privacy Policy govern Google's processing and retention; deleting local Yuhe records does not delete metrics already sent to Google.

Selected files, notifications, and alarms support imports and reminders. Optional app lock uses Android authentication without giving Yuhe your biometric data or PIN. Exercise voice cues use your phone's text-to-speech provider, whose privacy practices apply.

2. Optional online features

External services receive your IP address and information needed for the request:

• Medicine information: Product lookup contacts Health Canada with the medicine name or drug identification number, not your recovery history.
• Plan imports: Importing a linked spreadsheet or document requests its host, such as Google Sheets, using the link or document identifier.
• Exercise videos: Video previews can request thumbnails from YouTube. Videos and external links open in your browser or another app.
• Sharing and exports: You choose which files to save or share and which app receives them.

Each service's privacy policy applies. Yuhe does not use advertising SDKs to track your recovery activity.

3. Feedback

Send feedback opens an email draft to yuherecovery@gmail.com. No health records, rating, or device details are attached automatically. Nothing is sent until you send it in your email app; Yuhe keeps no copy.

We receive your email address and whatever you send, processed by your email provider and Gmail. We keep support messages as needed to respond and investigate issues. Please avoid sending unnecessary health information.

4. Your choices and deletion

Local records remain until you remove them. Export or delete your data in Settings, or clear app storage through Android. Uninstalling or deleting app data does not remove exported files, shared copies, or sent emails.

For access, correction, or deletion of information you sent us, email the contact below. We cannot access records stored only on your device or control third-party copies.

Android storage protections and optional app lock help protect your records. Keep your device secure and share carefully; no security measure is absolute.

5. Website, updates, and contact

Vercel hosts this page and receives ordinary request information, including your IP address and browser headers. The page uses no cookies or analytics scripts and requires no sign-in.

We update this policy when privacy practices change and revise the date above.
